When the Covid-19 pandemic started in 2020, a huge number of businesses all of a sudden had to move online, and quickly. I saw there was a huge demand for people and businesses to move online, quickly, at low cost, and with minimal technical knowledge.

Fast forward a couple of years and an opportunity arose for me to take the skills I’d learnt in varied product and technical roles and to move into self-employment.

I started off creating bespoke websites for a number of small businesses, and after a conversation with a local yoga studio, I discovered there were a number of newly-trained yoga teachers that were hoping to teach, and needed their own websites to help them establish their online presence.

With input from the studio, I helped a number of teachers set up their own websites. Following this I created my first online course that taught yoga teachers how to build their own website, with no technical knowledge, and at a low cost.

One of the huge frustrations with the surge in online courses is the cost associated with these, and I want to ensure that my products and services remain affordable for people just starting out, whilst still reflecting the skills, knowledge and expertise I’ve gained over the past 15+ years working for digital companies.
